1. Ingredients: Various raw materials (urea, ammonium sulfate, MAP, DAP, potassium sulfate, superphosphate and other N, P, K raw materials and other raw materials) enter the electronic belt scale, and the weight and proportion of each raw material are accurately measured through the electronic belt scale.The electronic belt scale is controlled by an automatic computer.
2. Mixing and crushing: This step is mainly to mix the raw materials and break the large pieces of the raw materials.
3.Granulation: The raw materials are transported to a disc granulator or a transfer granulator to make fresh particles.
4.Drying: After granulation, although particles have formed, the moisture of the particles is too high, so they will be transported to the rotary dryer for drying.
5.Cooling: The temperature of the particles coming out of the dryer is very high, and the particles need to be fed into the rotary cooler for cooling to further increase the particle strength and reduce moisture.
6.Screening: After cooling, the particles are passed through a screening machine to separate the coarse particles and fine powders, and finally the product is obtained.Large particles and fine powders will be crushed through a grinder and recycled to the granulator, so that they can participate in the granulation process again.
7.Coating: The sieved particles are fed into the coating machine, and a layer of film is sprayed on the surface of the particles to prevent compaction caused by contact with air.
8.Packaging: After packaging, the fertilizer particles are fed into the automatic packaging machine, packaged and stored
9.Dust removal: including dry dust removal and wet dust removal.
Remarks: This granulation process can be used to produce various fertilizers, including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, organic fertilizers, humic acid fertilizers and controlled-release fertilizers. It can be used in hundreds of formulas of fertilizers.This production line is a multifunctional production line.
