This product s an endophytic fungal extract from wild plants.After the application of ZNC03,thenumber of root knots in plant roots and the density of soil nematodes can be significantly reduced.Itinhibits nematode infection by activating plant defense response related enzymes and regulatingplantendogenous hormones.The control effect can reach 55-60%when used alone,and the synergisticeffect is even better when used with conventional nematocides.
The recommended dosage in field is 750-1500 g/ha,and the concentration in the pesticide driprrigation diluent should be no less than 2ppm.

Mechanisms
Activate metabolic pathways of enzymes related to plant defense response;
Reduce the occurrence of root knots by attenuating the abnormal expression of local cytokinincaused by nematode infection;
Interfere with the formation of pectate lyase during giant cell development and affect nemato dedevelopment;
Induce ethylene (ET) biosynthesis,improve plant root development,and promote root growth;
Promote the propagation and differentiation of beneficial microorganisms in the soil around therhizosphere,and significantly inhibit the life of nematodes.
Usage Recommendation
ZNC03 can be used as an additive in the formulation of anti-nematode agents,suitable dosageforms include EW,AS,SL,SC,SE,CS,etc.It is recommended to be used in combination withvarious nematocides for root irrigation.
