Process principle
(1) Pulping: Formaldehyde is added to the tank and urea is added, stirred to dissolve, heated to the design temperature, kept for a certain time and then heated, urea is added again, and acid is added after a certain time of reaction.Adjust the ph to the design requirements to make urea formaldehyde; at the same time, urea is added to another tank to melt, and urine is stirred at the same time.;
(2) Spraying: Granular fertilizer is quantitatively added to the coating machine and heated to the required temperature, and the fan surface is quantitatively sprayed to the surface of the fertilizer with a high-pressure spraying metering device.;
(3) Coating: Through heterogeneous membrane multi-layer coating controlled release technology and functional substance preservation and addition technology, the fertilizer is efficiently compatible with functional substances.
